There are so many reasons for anxiety in this world. Have a creative imagination? Ready to predict some negative outcomes? Have difficult in-laws or colleagues? In fact, I think if we sat here together long enough, we could come up with a reason to be worried about any given topic.

I have successfully helped clients manage Adjustment Disorders, Generalized Anxiety, OCD, panic disorders, and specific anxieties like social anxiety, driving anxiety, health anxiety, and performance anxiety. I’ll teach you how to make good use of the helpful aspects of anxiety, and specific skills for handling the parts that are less helpful and more distressing. (Yes, some level of anxiety can be your friend).
